In this beautiful garden you will find a warm community and private offerings for yoga & fitness activities. To keep our bodies agile and our minds in a good state.

Hi, I am Coco Achinger and I founded sweet OM yoga in Port d’Andratx, Mallorca in 2016. After nearly 20 years of martial arts and five years of Thai Chi training  I found the practice of yoga. Today I am sharing my yoga love in my vinyasa flow classes.

    Ich hatte zuvor erst wenige Yogastunden mitgemacht als ich Cocos Kurse im Internet gefunden hatte. Allein die Bilder waren schon vielversprechend! Sie hat mir gezeigt, dass Yoga nicht nur eine andere Art Sport zu treiben ist sondern vielmehr die Verbindung zwischen Geist und Körper im Mittelpunkt steht. Ihr Garten in s‘Arracó ist das perfekte Ambiente dafür. Natur pur und mit ihrer, mit Bedacht gewählten Dekoration hat sie den perfekten Ort der Ruhe gestaltet, einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen! Ihre Yogakurse sind perfekt für Einsteiger und Fortgeschrittene, weil sie immer mehrere Erweiterungen einiger Übungen angibt sodass man selber auf seinen Körper hören kann, eine perfekte Mischung aus Anstrengung und Grenzen austesten bis hin zur kompletten Entspannung von Geist und Seele.
    Außerdem finde ich es sehr gut, dass sie individuelle Stellungsverbesserungen mitteilt, sodass jeder Einzelne sich in der Ausübung verbessern kann. Bei der Schlussentspannung finde ich die kurzen Massagen, Lockerungsbewegungen und die Druckpunkte die sie berührt, unglaublich hilfreich beim loslassen, für mich immer das besondere Highlight der Stunde!

    Coco und ihr Sweet Om Yoga begegnete mir vor 2 Jahren auf Mallorca. Als Läufern, die verletzungsbedingt pausieren musste, war ihr Angebot zur rechten Zeit am rechten Ort. Das besondere Ambiente am Meer und der liebevoll gestaltete Yogagarten erweisen sich für mich als Kraft- und Ruheplätze zugleich. Die gut angeleiteten flows ließen mich nach und nach flexibler werden und auch mein verletztes Knie besserte sich und wurde von Woche zu Woche schmerzfreier. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese Erfahrung und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Sommer.
