In this well balanced vinyasa power yoga class we will be flowing through all stages so we can reap the full benefits of this flow. We will centre in and connect to ourself and start with soft mobilization. Than we will pick up some speed and start to flow stronger, we rise our energy and become dynamic to create heat in the body. This will move not just our metabolism but as well strength and tone our body. Now we can dive deeper into stretching and opening our warm body up. In the end we will dive even deeper into our final relaxation. Duration of the class is 60 minutes. Language will be in German or English, depending on the yogis that join.
The focus of the classes will change. It can be directed e.g. on hip- or heart-opening flows, or work towards an peak asana. There are so many ways we can spice up our flow. I am sure you will enjoy it.
If you are an total beginner to yoga, you can join in this class. But please write us a message in advance so we can meet 15 min. earlier to give you some important introduction.
