You are heartfelt welcome to join me for a female energy nourishing full moon yoga flow and ceremony.

The full phase is associated with harvest, celebration and gratitude. We will celebrate and give thanks for all the existing blessings, gifts, wisdom and experiences in our lives, while we gather in a circle ⭕️ of sacred female energy 🌛🌕🌜

We will meditate, move through Chandra namaskar (moon salutations) & sink deeper into our beings through yon poses. Deeply connected to our bodies we will enter into the ceremony and join our energies to elevate one another 🌸💖🌸
