About Group Lessons

Vinyasa Power Yoga is a fluent and pretty modern yoga stile. It is using the ancient practice of Yoga in a way that serves best our western lifestyle and patterns. Through strong and soft vinyasa Power yoga classes that will offer the experience of strength and flow, flexibility and relaxation. Every class will follow the principles of activation of our body and mind to than calm both down to finally dive deep into relaxation. This whole composition of a vinyasa flow will leave you with a special feeling of calmness and strength.

We are offering a weekly schedule with yoga classes that are all based on the fluent style of a vinyasa yoga but you will find as well cardio activation HIIT inspired classes or relaxing Yin-Yoga influenced classes. Check our website for the actual timetable.

No, you don’t have to subscribe in advance. You will just have to check the news on the blog or Facebook, as it might happen that a class is canceled due to bad weather or what life might bring. (But it doesn’t happen frequently 😉 )

Yes, as long at it is about the classes at our yoga garden we do have mats to borough – without extra costs. But If you need one for the sunset Yoga class at the red lighthouse of Port d’Andratx you will have to inform in advance.

Normally the duration of a class is 60 Minutes. You can come a view minutes before to tune in, as we usually start in time.

Yes, we do have a parking space for your car.

Hi, I am Coco Achinger and I founded sweet OM yoga in Port d’Andratx, Mallorca in 2016. After nearly 20 years of martial arts and five years of Thai Chi training  I found the practice of yoga. Today I am sharing my yoga love in my vinyasa flow classes.
