Cultivating a healthy lifestyle on and off the mat

As we grow older we become more and more aware of the unique value that a good state of our health has for us. And that this is the most precious thing we can have in life. At least it was what I realized, when my first health problems occurred and when I accompanied beloved people on the last walks on their life path.

Taking care of a healthy lifestyle is not luxury. It is understanding what really counts in life. Therefore it is very useful to bring our focus on this topic, to improve our health, to support our body to be the healthiest and most vital version of itself.

Practicing Yoga and mindfulness is a great foundation. And bringing more awareness to what nourishes you and fuels your body, what prevents and heals health issues is the next one. Food can be medicine, if we have some basic understanding of the function of our body and nutrition.

But not just what we eat nourishes us. As well other areas of our lives play a crucial role in our overall health. To life a healthy and happy life.
