Meditation Practice
Meditation is a part of every yoga class that we are offering. In the beginning of every class, to tune into your body and we close every class with deep relaxation in shavasana.
But meditation has so much to offer to our body, minds and souls that I have decided to widen the service to support this so deeply nourishing practice a bit more.
Therefore I am offering some monthly meditation events:

Monthly meditation evening.
This will be a one to two hours event, where we come together in the evening to meditate in calmness. We will practice different kinds of meditation as well as dive deeper into Pranayama and yoga Nidra practice. Check the news and schedule for the next date and more detailed Program.
Monthly dynamic meditation
I am a great fan of Osho’s dynamic meditations. The bring so much energy into flow and release so much tension in our bodies and minds. Therefor I will offer – on full moon evenings or new moon mornings – to gather for dynamic meditation or ecstatic dance. Check the news and schedule for the next date and more detailed Program.
