This class will basically follow the lead of a vinyasa Power Yoga class. BUT we ad some – so called „Yoga Shreds“ into the flow. These are better aligned versions of regular HIIT (High Intensity interval training) forms. You will find 1-3 Yoga shreds of 4 Minutes in one class. Duration of the class: 60 min. All levels are welcome
