My yoga practice has helped me through some challenging times over the years – a stressful job, pregnancies and childbirth, emigrating and now, a busy family life.

It’s easy to think you dont have time, but without it, all the important things in my life wouldn’t work so well. It’s this reason that inspired me to start teaching Yoga.
Its important to take time for yourself and do something that makes your body and mind feel better, so you can function well. Yoga is for every body.
All ages and abilities benefit from this feel-good magic.
