Vinyasa Yoga Shred TM – Inspired class – outdoor yoga with HIIT sequences
This class will basically follow the lead of a vinyasa Power Yoga class. BUT we ad some – so called „Yoga Shreds“ into the flow. These are better aligned versions of regular HIIT (High Intensity interval training) forms. You will find 1-3 Yoga shreds of 4 Minutes in one class. Duration of the class: 60 min. All levels are welcome – we will offer variations & adaptations. Language English/ German
The benefits are:
- HIIT optimizes your cardio capacity, or your ability to process oxygen, better than anything else. You’ll be able to do all your other exercising, like yoga, running, cycling, etc — with more ease!
